This course will take you through all the stages of sculpture making, starting with the simplest, gradually tackling more challenging tasks and consistently acquiring knowledge and skills. The course will allow you to develop creatively as well as having a proper rest!

Who is it suitable for?

Art school applicants, beginners in fine art and anyone wishing to improve their skills and raise their level of proficiency.

What’s in store for you?

At the beginning of the course, the instructor will determine your level of training, taking into account your wishes and goals. Then you start training on an individual program under the guidance of a master, which consists of 12 classes

The course consists of the following stages:

  • Familiarization with the material, tools. Modeling of simple objects from life;
  • Types of relief. Making a classical bas-relief;
  • Anatomy. Making a frame. Modeling the human figure;
  • Modeling bust;
  • Casting a portrait from plaster.

In these classes you will learn all the subtleties of sculptural skill: starting with the creation of the frame and ending with the formation and casting of the created sculpture. You will also master all the main secrets of sculptors, learn to distinguish types of relief, get acquainted with the structural basis of the human head and proportions, as well as be able to make your own plaster molds.

It is necessary to have a change of clothes and shoes comfortable for work. It is desirable to remove jewelry on hands and fingers.

Classes are held in a group of up to 5 people (depending on location).

Duration of each class: approximately 3 hours.
